BCPA is a true community resource, available for rent at a very affordable price, whether your event requires just the lobby or the entire theater. Boasting more than 2500 sq. ft. the elegant lobby seats up to 100 people and is suitable for casual gatherings as well as more formal events that could include musical events, wedding receptions, office parties or local artist exhibits, book signings or musical performances for a CD launch.

With seating for 435 the theater is perfect for dance, musical, and theatrical performances and workshops, lectures, panel discussions, films – and more.

House Description

Located on Electric Avenue, Bigfork Center for the Performing Arts is the cultural hub of the village, which features numerous art galleries, stores and fine restaurants. With the Center as the artistic core of Bigfork, the town has gained an international reputation for the arts.

Theater Hall
Our 435-seat theater auditorium beautifully showcases music, dance and live stage performances, as well as films, panel discussions, presentations and more.

Lobby
Our new lobby is perfect for your private party, corporate event or conference.
  • Our beautifully decorated 2,500 square foot lobby comfortably seats 100 for a sit-down dinner, or 200 for a stand-up reception.
  • The lobby is equipped with a 50" flat screen TV and DVD player. The TV has connections allowing it to be used as a display monitor for a PC or Mac.
  • Wireless internet is available throughout the theater with a LAN connection available in the ticket office.
  • A limited number of chairs and tables are available. For larger functions, additional chairs and tables can be rented from a local party rental store.
  • Use of the ticket office and concession booth is included in the lobby rental.
  • The concession booth is fully equipped with a 3-basin sink, coffee maker, microwave oven, ice machine, freezer, and beverage refrigerator.
